Viagra Professional may increase the risk of getting dizziness or drowsiness. This risk greatly increases if you combine it with alcoholic beverages. So please avoid them while using the drug. Also, avoid undertaking any tasks which require mental alertness (driving, handling heavy machinery etc).

If you stand up too fast from a lying position light headedness or dizziness may occur. Sometimes you may even faint. Alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever increases these effects. Sit up or stand slowly to prevent this.

The medicine in rare cases may cause a prolonged and painful erection. Contact your doctor immediately if this occurs as it can lead to permanent sexual disorders like impotence.
People who use Viagra Professional might have increased chances of heart-related side effects, including heart attack or stroke. Heart attack symptoms include chest, shoulder, neck, or jaw pain; numbness of an arm or leg; severe dizziness, headache, nausea, stomach pain, or vomiting; fainting; or vision changes. Symptoms of stroke include confusion, vision or speech changes, one-sided weakness, or fainting.

Other medicines for erectile dysfunction should not be used with Viagra Professional.
Special caution must be maintained in elderly people as they may experience the side effects severely.
The safety and effectiveness of Viagra Professional in children is also not ascertained. Viagra Professional is not recommended for use in children.
