Do not take Dapoxetine if:
*You are allergic to any component in Dapoxetine.
*You have been recommended by your doctor to not undertake any sexual exercise because of heart problems.
*You are using nitrates (eg, isosorbide, nitroglycerin) in any form (eg, tablet, patch, capsule, ointment), or nitroprusside
*You use some recreational drugs known as poppers (eg, butyl nitrate or nitrite, amyl nitrate or nitrite, ).

Reach your doctor or health care provider immediately if any of these connect to you.

Some medical conditions may combine with Dapoxetine. Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you have any medical situations, especially if the following relate to you:
*If you are taking any Preion or Nonpreion medicine, herbal preparation, or dietary supplement
*If you have sensitivities to medicines, foods, or other items
*If you have a weak penis (eg, Peyronie disease), blood cell problems (eg, sickle cell anemia, leukemia), or any other condition that may raise the risk of a continued erection (priapism)
*If you have had an account of a prolonged (higher than 4 hours) or uncomfortable erection (priapism)
*If you have an account of liver or kidney problems, unstable blood pressure, bleeding problems, ulcers, heart problems (eg, heart failure, abnormal heartbeat), or blood vessel problems
*If you have an account of heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening abnormal heartbeat, particularly within the recent 6 months.

Some medicines may combine with Dapoxetine to bring harmful effects. So tell your health care provider if you are having any other medications, particularly any of the following:

Alpha-blockers (eg, doxazosin),
Medicines for high blood pressure,
Nitrates (eg, isosorbide, nitroglycerin), or
Nitroprusside because critical low blood pressure with dizziness, Lightheadedness, and fainting may befall
Azole antifungals (eg, itraconazole, ketoconazole),
H2 antagonists (eg, cimetidine),
HIV protease inhibitors (eg, ritonavir, saquinavir),
Macrolide antibiotics (eg, erythromycin),
Narcotic analgesics (eg, dihydrocodeine), or
Telithromycin because they may raise the risk of Dapoxetines side effects
Bosentan or rifampin because they may reduce Dapoxetines effectiveness.

This may not be a comprehensive list of all interactions that may happen. Ask your health care provider if Dapoxetine may combine with other medicines that you have. Check with your health care provider before you begin, end, or modify the dose of any medicine if required.

Significant Safety Information:

Dapoxetine may create dizziness, fainting, drowsiness. These results may be more acute if you take it with alcohol or particular medicines. Use Dapoxetine with care. Do not drive or perform other potentially hazardous tasks until you know how you respond to it.
Alcohol, hot climate, workout, or high temperature may develop these results. To prevent them, sit up or get up gradually, particularly in the morning. Sit or lie down at the first sign of any of these consequences.
Patients with heart problems who take Dapoxetine may be at heightened risk for heart-related consequences, like a heart attack or stroke. Indications of a heart attack may include shoulder, neck, chest, or jaw pain; dullness of an arm or leg; critical dizziness, headache, vomiting, stomach pain; or eyesight changes. Signs of a stroke may include disorientation, vision or speech differences, one-sided infirmity. Reach your doctor or ask medical attention immediately if you encounter these signs.
Dapoxetine may strangely create an extended (eg, more than 4 hours) or severe erection. This could occur even when you are not having sex. If this is not handled right away, it could lead to constant sexual problems for instance impotence. Reach to your doctor right away if you have an erection that persists more than 4 hours.
Dapoxetine does not stop the expanse of HIV or other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) to others through sexual connection. Use contraception (eg, condoms) if you have HIV infection or an STD.
Dapoxetine will not check pregnancy. If your companion may become pregnant and you wish to avoid pregnancy, be certain to use an adequate form of birth control.
Dapoxetinemay may infrequently cause mild, temporary eyesight changes (eg, sensitivity to light, blue/green color tint to vision, blurred vision). Reach your doctor if vision variations persist or are critical.
Do not use other prescriptions or treatments for ED while you are taking Dapoxetine without first verifying with your doctor.
Use Dapoxetine with care in the aged; they may be more sensitive to its effects. Dapoxetine is not approved for use in patients younger than 18 years.
