Usage

Follow the directions of your doctor. Read the label to get detailed information. Celexa should be taken along with a meal to avoid stomach upset and can be taken without a meal. Please consume a complete glass of water with Celexa.

It is very relevant that you achieve the dosage schedule and do not discontinue it in between without asking prior consultation from your doctor.

Taking your medication at the same time each day is a proven method to avoid missing any doses.

Missed Dose

Do not miss any dose if you want a good result out of this medication. If you missed any dose make sure you take the medicine as soon as you remember. Despite your best attempts at remembering, if you still miss out on a dose, then take it as soon as you remember about it. Make sure you are giving a gap of 4 to 5 hours between every dose. Skip the dose if that is not feasible. Even if you missed a dose, do not take a double dose at any cost.

Storage

Keep Celexa at room temperature preferably within 15 to 30 degrees C. Always keep it in a cool dark place that is not kept revealed to sources of heat or moisture and sunlight. Safely keep it away from kids and pets.

Overdose

An overdose of Celexa may have unfavorable outcomes that demand critical medical attention. In case of any side effects, contact the nearest emergency medical center immediately.
