Missed Dosage

Kidney disease /Dialysis
Liver disease

A stomach ulcer; retinitis pigmentosa, Peyronies disease

Intake of alcoholic beverages is usually not advised while taking the medication as alcohol is a muscle relaxant.

It is advised that you withdraw tasks that need an alert mind. For eg, driving vehicles, working on heavy machinery, etc till you know how your body responds to the drug.

Nitrates in any manner (patches, pills, Ointments). This covers any and all medications having nitrates like Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, Nitrolingual, Nitro-Bid, Deponit, Minitran, Dilatrate-SR, Transderm-Nitro, Sorbitrate, Isordil, isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, Monoket, ISMO).

Recreational pills termed as poppers.


A blood thinner such as warfarin/Coumadin;
Cimetidine (Tagamet HB, Tagamet).

An antibiotic like erythromycin (Eryc, E-Mycin, Ery-Tab) or Clarithromycin/Biaxin; prazosin (Minipress), Doxazosin (Cardura), Terazosin (Hytrin).

HIV medicines like amprenavir/Agenerase, tipranavir/Aptivus, darunavir /Prezista, efavirenz/Sustiva, nevirapine/Viramune, indinavir/Crixivan, saquinavir/Invirase, Fortovase, lopinavirritonavir/Kaletra, fosamprenavir/Lexiva, ritonavir/Norvir, atazanavir/Reyataz, or nelfinavir/Viracept.

An antifungal medication, for instance, itraconazole/Sporanox or ketoconazole/Nizoral.

Carbamazepine/Tegretol, phenobarbital/Luminal, or phenytoin/Dilantin; or
Rifampin/ Rimactane, or rifabutin/Mycobutin.

Infrequently, a condition named Priapism, in which an unpleasant erection happening has been noticed. The erection persisting for more than 4 to 6 hours damage the penis. If you experience such an erection that does not disappear even after having sex, then reach your doctor promptly.

We do not recommend the usage of other ED medications while using Silagra.
If you are over the age of 65 and have liver problems then you must sustain general care while using Silagra.

Silagra is strictly not a medicine for women or children.
