Usage

Get information about usage from the doctor otherwise read the label on the medicine manual. Erectalis is incorporated into the body depending on a person's health. So, the time of the outcome often differs in different people.

Under normal conditions, it shows its results within 15 to 30 minutes before you plan to begin the sexual activity. The medicine is available in 2 different dosages. Erectalis will be active in the body for up to 4 hours.

Missed Dose

The issue associated with a regular dose missing does not exist for this medicine as it is taken as per requirement. If you have missed taking a dose when needed take it as soon as you remember. Ensure to give some time for the medicine to get assimilated into the body.

Storage

Safety Information Warning Precautions

Inform all your medical details to your doctor before you begin the therapy. Inform if you have any allergies towards food or medicines. List all the medicines you are taking for example, Over the counter medicines or dietary supplements or prescription medicines.

You should not use Erectalis if:

*Vigorous exercise is restricted to you due to the ill condition of the heart.
*You have a recent history of a heart attack, stroke, or congestive heart failure within the past 3 months.
*Liver disorders
*Kidney disorder or undergoing dialysis
*A blood cell disorder like sickle cell anemia, leukemia or
multiple myeloma,
*Hemophilia
*Stomach ulcer;
*Retinitis pigmentosa
*Peyronies disease


If you notice any indications like shoulder, neck, chest or jaw pain; insensitivity of an arm or leg; headache, severe dizziness, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain; fainting; or vision variations.
If any of the above during sexual activity or any other vigorous exercise, then stop doing it instantly. Get emergency medical care for it might be indications of a heart attack.

The usage of alcoholic beverages is usually not advised while taking medicine because alcohol is a muscle relaxant.

Other than this, mild drowsiness or blurred eyesight may be encountered while using Erectalis. This will stop occurring once the body gets managed to the medication.

So, it is advised that you avoid responsibilities that require mental cognizance. For eg, driving, managing heavy machinery, etc until you understand how your body responds to the drug.

If you feel giddy or drowsy, then sit or lie down quickly till the feeling fades off.

Some medications that can form reactions with Erectalis. Erectalis is known to respond unfavorably when blended with some medications. The results are normally moderate in nature but can be hard at times.
These medications are:
*Nitrates as Ointments, patches, pills. This covers medications containing nitrates including Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Nitrolingual, Minitran, Deponit, Dilatrate-SR, Transderm-Nitro, Isordil, Sorbitrate.
*Recreational pills named as poppers.
*Bosentan (Tracleer);
*A blood thinner called warfarin (Coumadin);
*Cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB);
*An antibiotic, erythromycin (E-Mycin, Eryc, Ery-Tab) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);
*Doxazosin (Cardura), Terazosin (Hytrin), prazosin (Minipress), ;
*HIV medicines, for example, amprenavir (Agenerase), efavirenz (Sustiva), tipranavir (Aptivus), nevirapine (Viramune), darunavir (Prezista), indinavir (Crixivan), saquinavir (Invirase, Fortovase), lopinavir ritonavir (Kaletra), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), atazanavir (Reyataz), ritonavir (Norvir), or nelfinavir (Viracept);
*An antifungal remedy such as itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);
*Carbamazepine (Tegretol), phenytoin (Dilantin), or phenobarbital (Luminal)
*Rifampin (Rimactane, Rifadin) or rifabutin (Mycobutin).

Important note

Unusually Priapism condition in which a severe erection transpires has been seen. The erection persists for more than 4 to 6 hours and it happens like irreversible damage to the penis. If you notice an erection that does not disappear even after having sex, then reach your doctor promptly.

Other ED medicines are not recommended to have during Erectalis medication.

Be cautious if you are above 65 years or if you have liver disorders.

Erectalis is not a medicine for women or children.

Erectalis is a cure for ED but does not defend upon the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. Hence, always take safe sex measures.
