*An antifungal medicine, for instance, itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);
*Phenobarbital (Luminal), Carbamazepine (Tegretol), or phenytoin (Dilantin);
*Rifampin (Rimactane, Rifadin) or rifabutin (Mycobutin).

Rarely, a condition termed Priapism, in which a painful erection happens has been observed in certain people.
