Address your issues clinical history and the medicines you are taking correctly to the doctor before you begin the treatment. Inform full details about OTC medications, herbal tablets, dietary supplements, and prescription medicines. Check if you have any allergies to medicines or food, if so inform that too to your doctor.

Avoid Hard On medicine, if:
You are restricted to have vigorous activities or sexual exercises due to a weak heart or a history of heart problems like arrhythmic disorders, heart attack, or stroke.
If you notice any symptoms of heart attack rush to the nearest medical center quickly and get medical attention.

Hard On must also be withdrawn if one or more of the following states apply to you:
Weak liver condition

Weak kidney or you are on dialysis

A blood cell disease like sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia

A bleeding disorder, for instance, Hemophilia

Ulcer;

Retinitis pigmentosa (a hereditary eye disorder),

Physical impairment of the penis (such as Peyronies disease)



Alcohol Usage & Medication
The usage of alcoholic drinks is usually not advised while taking medicine because alcohol is a muscle relaxant.


Mild drowsiness or blurred eyesight may be felt while using Hard On. This will stop happening once the body gets adjusted to the medication.



So, it is advised that you avoid tasks that need an alert mind. For eg, driving vehicles, controlling heavy machinery, etc as long as you don't feel perfectly alright.


If you feel giddy or drowsy, then sit or lie down instantly till the feeling passes off.


Certain medicines that can cause reactions with Hard On. Hard On is recognized to react adversely when merged with some medications. The reactions are usually mild in nature but can be harsh at times.
These medications include:
*Nitrate element containing medicines including Nitrolingual, Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Minitran, Transderm-Nitro, Deponit, Dilatrate-SR, Isordil, Sorbitrate, isosorbide mononitrate (ISMO, Imdur, Monoket).

*Recreational pills named poppers.

*Bosentan or Tracleer;

*A blood thinner called warfarin (Coumadin);

*Cimetidine (Tagamet, Tagamet HB);

*Antibiotics, erythromycin (E-Mycin, Eryc, Ery-Tab) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);

*Doxazosin (Cardura), Terazosin (Hytrin), prazosin (Minipress), ;

*HIV medicines like amprenavir (Agenerase), tipranavir (Aptivus), darunavir (Prezista), nevirapine (Viramune), efavirenz (Sustiva), indinavir (Crixivan), saquinavir (Invirase, Fortovase), lopinavir-ritonavir (Kaletra), fosamprenavir (Lexiva), ritonavir (Norvir), atazanavir (Reyataz), or nelfinavir (Viracept);

*An antifungal medicine such as itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);

*Medicines like Carbamazepine (Tegretol), phenobarbital (Luminal), or phenytoin (Dilantin); or

*Rifampin (Rifadin, Rimactane) or rifabutin (Mycobutin).


Important note:

Rarely, a state called Priapism, which has an unpleasant erection has been noticed in certain people. The erection continues in the same way for more than 4 to 6 hours and the condition may be irreversible and damage the penis. If you see an erection that does not disappear even after having sex, then contact your doctor promptly.

We suggest that you do not take other ED medications while you are on Hard On.

If you are over the age of 65 and have liver problems then you must be very general cautious while having Hard On.

Hard On is strictly not meant for women or children.

Hard On is a cure for ED but does not protect against the spread of sexually transmitted illnesses. So, always follow safe sex measures.
