Contact an emergency medical center:
If you experience any symptoms like shoulder, neck, chest, or jaw pain; the insensitivity of an arm or leg; severe dizziness, nausea, headache, stomach pain, or fainting; vomiting; or vision variations, while entertaining in sexual activity or any other vigorous activity, then stop doing it instantly. Blurred vision may be felt while using Apcalis Oral Jelly. This will stop happening once the body gets used to the medicine. Get emergency medical care for it might be indications of a heart attack. Also, avoid tasks that require an attentive mind. For eg, driving, controlling heavy machinery, etc. So if you feel giddy or dizzy sit or lay down carefully for sometime and be cautious while you get.
The usage of alcoholic beverages is usually not advised while taking any ED medicine because alcohol is a muscle relaxant.
Medications that can cause reactions with Apcalis Oral Jelly
Apcalis Oral Jelly is known to react negatively when combined with certain medications. The reactions are usually mild in nature but can be harsh at times.
These medications are:
Nitrates in any form (Ointments, pills, patches,). This includes each and every medicine such as Nitrolingual, Nitrostat, Nitro-Dur, Nitro-Bid, Deponit, Minitran, Transderm-Nitro, Isordil, Dilatrate-SR, Sorbitrate, Isosorbide mononitrate (Imdur, ISMO, Monoket).
Recreational pills termed as poppers.
Bosentan/Tracleer;
A blood thinner like warfarin (Coumadin);
Cimetidine (Tagamet HB, Tagamet);
Antibiotic for eg. erythromycin (E-Mycin, Eryc, Ery-Tab) or clarithromycin (Biaxin);
Doxazosin/Cardura, prazosin/Minipress, Terazosin/Hytrin;
HIV medicines like amprenavir/Agenerase, tipranavir/Aptivus, darunavir/Prezista, efavirenz/Sustiva, nevirapine/Viramune, indinavir/Crixivan, saquinavir (Fortovase, Invirase), lopinavir-ritonavir (Kaletra), fosamprenavir/Lexiva, ritonavir/Norvir, atazanavir/Reyataz, or nelfinavir/Viracept;
Antifungal medicine like itraconazole (Sporanox) or ketoconazole (Nizoral);
phenobarbital (Luminal), Carbamazepine (Tegretol), or phenytoin (Dilantin); or
Rifampin (Rimactane, Rifadin) or rifabutin/Mycobutin.
Read this before the therapy of Apcalis Oral Jelly
Infrequently, a state named Priapism, in which an unpleasant erection has been remarked. The erection persists for more than 4 to 6 hours and in such cases unchangeable damage to the penis. If you experience an erection that does not fade even after having sex, then contact your doctor promptly.
We do not recommend the usage of other ED medications while taking Apcalis Oral Jelly.
People who are 65 and above and have liver problems must remember general care while using Apcalis Oral Jelly.
Apcalis Oral Jelly is strictly not for usage by women or children.
